  1. Our terms and conditions apply to each and every user of UmaGuessr.
  2. By adding UmaGuessr to your server, you agree to these terms of service and any future terms which we may add after notice.

Privacy and Data Collection

  1. UmaGuessr may collect and store minimal data such as Discord user IDs, server IDs, and usage statistics for functionality and moderation.
  2. No sensitive personal information is collected or shared.
  3. By using UmaGuessr, you consent to this data collection as described.

Terms of Use

  1. The client must not cheat in any way or obtain an unfair advantage.
  2. Intentional command spam or attempts to crash the bot are prohibited.
  3. Use of UmaGuessr for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
  4. The UmaGuessr Team reserves the right to prohibit any server or user from using the bot.
  5. The client is responsible for any violation caused by them.
  6. We reserve the right to update terms of service at any time with a notice in the support server.
  7. The UmaGuessr Team may suspend or terminate access to the bot at any time if users violate these terms.

Amendments

  1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
  2. Significant changes will be announced in the support server.
  3. Continued use of UmaGuessr after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
